Engage is an invite-only app that enables companies to record feedback from a select group of people.
**Please note that if you haven’t received an invitation the app won’t work for you.
If you’ve received an invitation to download Engage please proceed and the app will guide you through the feedback session.
What to expect
A typical session will include questions about a company’s mobile website or app and a few tasks to complete. You’ll be asked to speak your thoughts out loud and Engage will record your voice and screen interactions during your session. Once your session is complete, Engage will automatically share your feedback directly with the company.
For best results, you’ll need:
15 minutes
A quiet location where you won’t be distracted or disturbed
Ear buds or a headset with a microphone
A reliable internet connection
